Fukushima Tsubasa (福島翼 Fukushima Tsubasa) is a minor character who appears in Idol Star Pretty Cure♪. She is the headmistress of Yumesaki Academy and is the Top Designer of Sparkle Angel.
Appearance[]
Tsubasa is a middle-aged woman who has light brown hair styled in a bob cut, and has purple eyes. She wears a white dress shirt tucked into a periwinkle-coloured skirt, and wears a periwinkle-coloured jacket. She also wears white slip-on shoes, and a pink ribbon tied around her neck that rests just above her waist.
Personality[]
Tsubasa is a friendly and gentle woman, and wants the idols that she trains to spread joy and music everywhere. She has also stated that she is very glad that she is the Top Designer of Sparkle Angel, because God has blessed her with an amazing idol, Aihara Utau.
History[]
In Episode 6, Tsubasa proposes that the first-year student, Aihara Utau, hold a first concert. Utau agrees, and Tsubasa explains that she would take care of everything, and all Utau had to do was to choose a song and practice it. On the concert, Tsubasa gives Utau the Aurora Dream Dress, and reveals herself as Sparkle Angel’s Top Designer! Later, after the monster of the day is purified, Cure Harmony receives the Gorgeous Heart Dress.

- Aihara Utau - Tsubasa designs Sparkle Angel dresses for Utau, because she is a Pretty Cure. After the Pretty Cure have saved Tsubasa from Sisyphus, Tsubasa is on good terms with the Cures.
